The University of Jordan (UJ) Fustal football Championship, organized by the Department of Sports Activities at the Deanship of Student Affairs, concluded Sunday, under the patronage of UJ's Acting President, Prof. Ashraf Abu Karaki.

The final meeting took place in the presence of the Vice President for Financial and Administrative affairs, Prof. Ziad Hawamdeh, Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Safwan Al-Sheyab, and deans of the School of Sports Sciences and King Abdullah II School of Information Technology.

The School of Sports Sciences team won the championship after defeating its counterpart; King Abdullah II College of Information Technology team in the final match, scoring 6-4. A mass audience attended the game.

Abu Karaki handed the winning team the championship cup and gold medals, while the other team received the silver medals.

Nineteen schools participated in the Championship, where they were divided into four groups, and the first two teams from each group qualified. At the finals of the tournament, the School of Sports Sciences team met with the King Abdullah II School of Information Technology.
