The University of Jordan (UJ) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Great Arab Revolt Club to expand cooperation in academic, social, cultural, sporting and training fields.
The MoU was signed by UJ President Prof. Nathir Obeidat and Club President Dr. Nayef Al-Abdallat.
It provides for joint programmes and activities, including cultural and national forums, seminars, and conferences, as well as the exchange of publications, books, periodicals and newsletters.
Obeidat said the partnership reflects the University’s approach to strengthening ties with civil society institutions and supporting national and cultural initiatives that serve the wider community and reinforce national identity.
He said the MoU also aims to draw on the University’s academic and scientific expertise in joint work spanning knowledge, culture, sport and training.
Al-Abdallat welcomed the agreement, describing it as a step towards deeper institutional cooperation.
He said the Club looks forward to joint programmes that promote cultural and national awareness, support young people and uphold the values of the Great Arab Revolt.
