The University of Jordan (UJ) President Prof. Nathir Obeidat extends his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the university community, including its faculty and administrative staff, and to all workers in Jordan, each in their respective positions, on the occasion of International Workers' Day, which falls on the first of May every year.

Obeidat expressed his pride and appreciation for the university community and all its workers, praising their efforts towards the advancement of our beloved university, always leading with the efforts of the dedicated staff working with the spirit of teamwork to achieve its advancement to prominent positions among top Arab and international HEI.

On this occasion, Obeidat said that we draw inspiration from the spirit of work as a means to elevate UJ to the highest ranks, to always be in the forefront, and to continue its progress forward with determined steps to achieve excellence.

Obeidat wished all workers continued progress and prosperity under the rule of His Majesty King Abdullah II and the Crown Prince His Royal Highness Hussein bin Abdullah.
