​The University of Jordan (UJ) President, Prof. Nathir Obeidat, received in his office today the President of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Father Prof. Talal Hachem, and his deputy, Prof. Naeem Oueini. The two sides discussed ways to enhance academic and research cooperation between the two universities.

During the meeting, in presence of the Vice President for Global Classifications and International Accreditation, Prof. Faleh Al-Sawair; Dean of Acdimic Research, Prof. Amira Al-Masri; Director of the International Affairs Unit, Dr. Sameh Al-Zubaidi; and Director of the Media, Public Relations; and Radio Unit, Dr. Muhammad Wasef, the two sides signed an MoU, marking the commence of future cooperation between the two universities.

The memorandum, which was signed by the presidents of the two universities, aims to facilitate the establishment of cooperative activities in a number of fields, such as exchanging faculty members and researchers for the purposes of teaching and giving lectures, conducting research, exchanging knowledge, conducting cooperative research projects, participating in organizing seminars and conferences, and scientific research results and publications.
