The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Jordan (UJ) concluded a series of events and activities directed to UJ's community, professors, administrators, and students as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2023, a global event organized by the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE).
The Center organized over 10 activities over the course of a week, including workshops, trainings, presentations, and inspiring success stories speeches, aimed at unleashing ideas and plans and enhance the culture of entrepreneurship in the Jordanian society, especially among the youth.
The Center’s Director, Dr. Reem Alfayez, said the Center seeks to spread entrepreneurial thought and leadership among university students, by providing the necessary support for innovative and entrepreneurial ideas and projects, in the university community and the local community, in cooperation and partnership with the private sector, in an effort to contribute to the economic empowerment of these communities and sustainable development.
