The University of Jordan (UJ) President, Prof. Nathir Obeidat, extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of His Majesty’s accession to the throne.
Speaking on behalf of the university community, including faculty, staff, and students, Obeidat extended his best wishes to His Majesty, the Hashemite Royal Family, and the people of Jordan, hoping that the occasion brings continued prosperity, unity, and blessings to the Kingdom.
He described the anniversary as a proud national moment that highlights Jordan’s journey of progress and modernisation under the King’s wise leadership. He also reaffirmed the university’s deep loyalty to the Hashemite leadership and its ongoing mission to educate and empower Jordan’s future generations.
“On this day, we celebrate a legacy of vision and leadership,” he said. “And we renew our commitment to supporting national development through education, research and service,” Obeidat concluded by wishing Jordan lasting peace, stability and continued advancement under His Majesty’s guidance.
