The championship, themed "Loyalty and Belonging," was launched earlier this week under the patronage of the President of both the Sports Federation of Jordanian Universities (SFJU) and UJ, Prof. Nathir Obaidat.
Presidents and officials from Jordan's public and private universities, along with their deans of student affairs, attended the closing events.

In the individual race, student Hindia Adam from Zarqa University claimed victory, followed by Kanda Yahya from Al-Balqa University and Walaa Al-Qawasmi from the University of Jordan.
Alshiyab also crowned the Al-Balqa Applied University student team champions in the final match of five-a-side football, with Petra University taking second and the teams from Zarqa and Hashemite Universities sharing third.
UJ, Hashemite, and Al-Zaytoonah universities also took top honors in the badminton competition.
The event, which brought together 21 universities from across Jordan and spanned over four days, featured competitions in three sports: five-a-side football (men), badminton (women, singles and teams), and cross-country running.
Commenting on the championship, Obaidat emphasized the unifying force of sports, noting its ability to transcend cultural boundaries and foster cooperation.
