The University of Jordan (UJ) has adopted new criteria and procedures for recognising distinguished administrators, in accordance with the Deans’ Council Resolution No. (1362/2025).
The initiative aims to promote a culture of excellence, motivate administrative staff, and encourage innovation within the university’s work environment.
Under the new criteria, each school, unit, or center will form an evaluation committee to select outstanding employees based on professional performance, teamwork, innovation, and contribution to institutional development.
Nominations will be open twice a year, in June and November, and selected employees will receive a certificate of recognition and a letter of appreciation from their respective deans or directors.
This initiative is part of the university’s broader efforts to enhance the employee recognition system and expand the scope of honoring distinguished administrative staff across the university.
