UJ Launches Research Group "Balance Assessment and Rehabilitation"

The University of Jordan (UJ) has launched its new research group titled "Balance Assessment and Rehabilitation," which focuses on studying various topics related to body balance and its connection to physical and mental health.

The research group addresses several key areas, including balance and gait disorders among different population groups, balance and vestibular disorders caused by sports-related concussions and injuries, the relationship between sleep disorders and balance/ vestibular disorders and their impact on mental health issues such as depression and anxiety as well as developing strategies to improve balance and gait among the elderly.
