The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Jordan (UJ) concluded a series of awareness lectures held under its Career Readiness Program, organized in cooperation with several schools.
The program aims to enhance the employability of graduating students and prepare them to enter the labour market, whether by pursuing professional career paths or launching entrepreneurial ventures. It brought together a distinguished group of academics and experts in innovation and entrepreneurship from both UJ and the broader community.

Training sessions were hosted by the Schools of Arts, Foreign Languages, Pharmacy, Business, Agriculture, and Engineering, and were conducted under the guidance of faculty members in collaboration with external specialists.

Key themes addressed included innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, business model development, and effective pitching of innovative ideas. Sessions were led by Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Prof. Reem Al-Fayez, Assistant Director Dr. Mohammad Al-Momani, and Head of Cooperation and Public Relations Dr. Leena Al-Hyari, alongside contributors such as Dr. Heba Abu Shawarib, Rita Al-Shanti, trainer Reem Estetieh, Farah Al-Nahhas, Dana Bani Mohammad, Eng. Bayan Al-Abdallat, and Omar Manasrah.

Throughout the academic year, nearly 1,500 students benefited from the program, which reflects UJ’s strategic commitment to equipping students with entrepreneurial and life skills, empowering them to meet the challenges of a dynamic labour market, and fostering a culture of innovation and self-employment.
