The University of Jordan (UJ) celebrated the graduation of three of its students from the prestigious Qimam Fellowship for Future Leaders – Jordan Class of 2025, in a ceremony held on Saturday at the Sheraton Amman Hotel, attended by senior executives and national dignitaries.

This year’s UJ graduates were Ahmad Shahir Saadeh (Psychology), Amer Oqbah Al-Qar’an (Mechatronics Engineering), and Rakan Ashraf Al-Shawabkeh (Library and Information Systems).

Representing the university were Prof. Menwer Attarakih Al-Abbady, Dean of the School of Engineering; Dr. Moudar Zgoul; Dr. Mohammad Mashagbeh; Prof. Marwan T. Al-Zoubi; Dr. Reham Abu Ghaboush; Dr. Maisoun Al-Dawairi; and Ms. Maysoon Alfaouri.

UJ emphasised that its students’ success in this highly competitive fellowship reflects the university’s longstanding commitment to empowering youth, nurturing talent, and preparing graduates to take on leadership roles at both national and regional levels.

It is worth noting that Qimam is an international fellowship program supported by a coalition of leading national and international companies, aiming to identify, develop, and empower the most promising university students in and from Jordan to achieve their full potential.
