Jordan University Hospital (JUH) has introduced a new non-surgical treatment service for patients suffering from spinal and disc disorders, using one of the latest global medical innovations, the Spinal Decompression Device.
This advanced therapy works by gently reducing pressure on the spinal discs and gradually restoring them to their natural alignment, helping relieve pain and improve patients’ mobility and quality of life without the need for surgery. The device is also effective in treating herniated discs, sciatica, nerve compression, and other common spinal conditions.
With this addition, JUH becomes one of the first hospitals in Jordan to offer this advanced medical service, further expanding its therapeutic options and reaffirming its position as a leading provider of comprehensive and innovative healthcare.
JUH Director General, Prof. Nader Al-Bsoul, said the hospital’s ongoing efforts to adopt modern technologies stem from its belief that innovation and expertise go hand in hand. He added that the introduction of the Spinal Decompression Therapy marks a significant step forward in enhancing patient care and reflects JUH’s unwavering commitment to excellence in healthcare.
