The group comprises experts from multiple disciplines, including Dr. Rana Alkhamrah and Dr. Hanadi Bani Hani from the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences; Dr. Hatem Alkhamrah from the Department of Counseling and Special Education at UJ; Dr. Hani Samawi from the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Environmental Health Sciences at Georgia Southern University, USA; Dr. Amal Al-Zu'bi from the Department of Computer Information Systems at Jordan University of Science and Technology; Dr. Aya Al-Jazi from the Seeds of Hope Center in Amman; Specialist Maryia Rashid Alsunbul from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia; and Fareeza Alasbahi, a graduate student at the School of Rehabilitation Sciences.
The research group is dedicated to improving the lives of children with communication disorders by identifying and assessing these challenges while ensuring early intervention.
Additionally, the group seeks to strengthen collaboration with governmental institutions, educational centers, and rehabilitation facilities to translate scientific discoveries into practical applications. Through workshops, conferences, and seminars, the initiative also aims to raise public awareness about communication disorders, thereby improving services and fostering better integration of children with communication difficulties into society.
