By integrating cutting-edge technological developments with traditional auditing principles, the initiative aims to transform the practice and teaching of auditing. This step aligns with the University of Jordan’s commitment to keeping pace with the rapid changes in the business environment and supporting academic and professional innovation.
The group seeks to improve the quality of auditing and professional practices through the publication of research highlighting best practices. The group also aims to reinforce the role of auditing in strengthening institutional governance and reducing financial risk, while placing strong emphasis on incorporating modern technology into auditing processes.
The group comprises a distinguished team of academics and experts in auditing and multimedia processing, including Dr. Aram K. Alnawaiseh, Prof. Ali Al-Znayyat, Dr. Omar Mowafi, Dr. Ahmad Alshira'h, and graduate student Salam Meshal from UJ. It also includes Prof. Maisam Aboud from Brunel University in the United Kingdom, Dr. Anas Al-Qudah from Liwa College in the United Arab Emirates, and Mr. Ibrahim Hammoudeh from the Arab Professionals firm.
