The University of Jordan (UJ), in collaboration with Amman Al-Ahliyya University, will host the THE Arab Universities Summit 2024, which will take place from December 3 to 5, 2024.

The summit, themed "Agile universities for an uncertain era: Advancing Arab higher education", will focus on the fundamental role of higher education institutions in supporting the future development of societies in the region.

The summit will bring together thought leaders and policymakers from higher education, government, and industry to discuss ways to address the economic, social, and environmental challenges facing Arab countries. This will be achieved by promoting applied scientific research, developing new technologies and innovations, enhancing skills provision, and increasing cultural diversity. The aim is to ensure that the higher education sector is prepared to lead educational transformation and support the advancement of local and regional communities.

It is worth noting that the THE Arab Award & THE Arab Rankings results will be announced on the sidelines of the summit.
