UJ, Northwestern Polytechnical University in China Sign MoU

​The University of Jordan (UJ) Northwestern Polytechnical University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing academic and research cooperation between the two institutions in the fields of international studies and social sciences.

The MoU was signed on behalf of UJ by Vice President for Humanities School Prof. Nahed Emaish, and on behalf of Northwestern Polytechnical University by Dean of School of Foreign Studies, Prof.Wang Gaozu.

The signing ceremony was attended by Vice President for Global Rankings and Accreditation Prof. Faleh Al-Sawaeer; Dean of the Prince Al-International Accreditation Hussein bin Abdullah II School of International Studies and Political Science Prof. Hassan Momani; Director of the International Affairs Unit, Dr. Samih Al-Zubaidi; and Assistant Vice President for Humanities Schools, Dr. Ghadeer Al Hassan. Professor of Modern Arab History Ali Mahafzah also attended the signing ceremony.

The MoU aims to establish cooperation in several areas, including student and faculty exchange, joint research programs, and the organization of academic conferences and seminars. This collaboration is expected to promote cultural and knowledge exchange between the two institutions and provide training and research opportunities for students and researchers at both universities.

The agreement also includes organizing joint scientific visits, academic exchanges, and the development of research projects that support the academic and practical capabilities of graduate students at both universities.
