The University of Jordan (UJ) has made a significant progress in the THE rankings of Arab universities 2023 by advancing 5 positions from last year's edition.
UJ President, Prof. Nathir Obeidat, stated that this continued progress in various university rankings comes as a result of years of planning and improvement in all fields and reflects the long-standing reputation that has marked the history of the university and the members of its teaching and administrative staff, and confirms the quality of its graduates in all sectors.
The Office of International Rankings and International Accreditation stated that UJ is the top university in Jordan in all international rankings, which confirms its distinction in all standards and levels.
The Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings 2023 reveal the strength of higher education across the Arab region. The methodology is based on the same framework as our World University Rankings, with some adjustments and some new metrics reflecting the features and missions of universities in the Middle East and North Africa.
Universities are rated across all their core missions – teaching, research, society and international outlook – to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons available.
