UJ Advances in QS Arab Region University Rankings 2024

The University of Jordan (UJ) has once again moved up in the QS Arab Region University Rankings 2024 to become ninth among Arab universities, up from its previous rank of tenth.

Locally, it has maintained its top position as per the QS Arab 2024 ranking, which was announced today, October 18, 2023, thereby establishing itself as one of the top 4 percent of universities in the Arab world.

In terms of employment reputation, the University of Jordan has secured the fifth position among Arab universities and maintains the top position locally. As for academic reputation, it ranks sixth among Arab universities and is again the top university in Jordan.

Commenting on the results, UJ President Professor Nathir Obeidat, emphasized that this progress reaffirms the university's standing as a leading educational institution in the region. "It underscores the university's ongoing commitment to providing high-quality education and contributing purposefully to the field of scientific research," Obeidat said.

Obeidat added that this achievement is the result of the dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence by faculty members, staff, and students, embodying the university's commitment to academic and research excellence.
