The Life Support Center at the University of Jordan Hospital (UJH) launched a specialized training program in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the skills of medical and nursing staff and to improve readiness in dealing with critical cases involving newborns.
The program targets staff working in the maternity and neonatal intensive care units, aiming to equip them with the latest evidence-based medical practices in areas such as resuscitation, birth asphyxia management, respiratory complications, and other emergency conditions that require immediate and precise response, ultimately contributing to higher standards of care in this vital field.
Officially accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA), the program reflects the Center’s commitment to delivering world-class training and reinforces its position as a leading hub for continuous medical education and clinical excellence.
