As part of his ongoing visits to the University’s schools, the University of Jordan (UJ) President, Prof. Nathir Obeidat, reviewed student projects at the School of Pharmacy developed under the Career Readiness Program.

During a visit to the School of Pharmacy, Obeidat listened to student presentations covering various pharmaceutical sectors, aimed at enhancing practical, professional, leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and innovation skills in line with labor market needs.

He expressed UJ's pride in its distinguished students and highlighted the importance of partnerships in further developing the program, noting the University’s plan to launch a platform supporting student startups.

Dean of the School, Prof. Rula Darwish, stated that the program has begun to yield tangible results, reflecting the efforts of students and faculty and the School’s vision of preparing graduates with integrated academic and practical skills.

The projects are evaluated by a specialised external jury, in addition to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the university, based on clear criteria to ensure quality and constructive feedback.
